The chef told us that the first important step in preparing such a steak as the one he served us is to source the best piece of meat that is found out there and which would suit that person’s pocket money; it doesn’t have to cost them a fortune in order to end up with a good meal at the end, but the most important thing is to know the source of that meat which you are eating in the end. To move forward with cooking, the piece of meat should be found in a room temperature place with cooking it in a hot pan and cook it with oil and butter until it starts to come to that brown color that you prefer. Bringing the steak after cooking either well done or medium done will always differ from one person to the other and there is no right or wrong way in cooking your meat, you just have to follow the initial steps and bring your favorite steak out.
