Kale Chaat Recipe Ingredients:

Basic Gram Flour Batter spiced with:
* Ajwain (Carom).
* Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirchu).
* Tumeric (Haldi).
* Salt (Namak).
* Crushed Black Pepper (Kari Mari).
* Sweet Potato (boiled skinned, cubed and then flash fried).

Garnished with:
* Homemade Mint Sauce.
* Sweet Yoghurt (sweetened with Honey).
* Tamarind Chutney.
* Sev (Vermichelli).
* Chopped Red Onion.
* Fresh chopped Green Coriander.
* Pomegranate Seeds.

As more people started using the road, people who lived locally started cooking food and serving to up to the travellers………and so the Punjabi Dhaba was born.
