I was inspired to do a challenge and order everything off the entire menu of a Food Truck. How bad could it be, right? Only 9 items and 1 hungry man!! If any of you guys are ever out here in Las Vegas… Go check out, MAIZE ST!! The food is amazing, trust me!!

1.) Chicken Tinga Toastada
– Chicken tinga, refried beans, cheese, roasted corn pico de gallo.
2.) Perro Caliente
– Beef sausage, bacon, guacamole, pickled cabbage, roasted corn pico de gallo.
3.) Pork Belly Taco
– Pork belly, guacamole, chille, relleno sauce, pickled onions, roasted corn pico de gallo.
4.) Chicken & Rajas Taco (NOT PICTURED)
– Chicken and rajas con crema, roasted corn pico de gallo.
5.) Fried Avocado Taco (NOT PICTURED)
– Fried avocado, refried beans, cheddar cheese, salsa verde, tatemada, roasted corn pico de gallo.
6.) Avocado Toast
– Triple battered toast, guacamole, roasted corn pico de gallo, fried egg.
7.) Cuban Sandwich (NOT PICTURED)
– Roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, mustard sauce, pickles, hoagie roll.
8.) Lomo Saltado Nikkei Bowl
– Beef, onions, bell peppers, beef soy jus sauce, tomatoes, aji amarillo cream, French fries, furakake, sushi rice.
9.) Suckling Pig Bowl
– Roasted pork shoulder, braised pork belly, chorizo, cilantro lime rice, plantains, escabeche.

Unfortunately, I had a few corrupted files when trying to edit my videos… So, the footage of the other food I ate were not salvageable. Whomp, whomp…

The good thing is, that my wife only knows what I actually ate in the videos!! LOL
