Hey everybody! Day #31 of my 2015 Eastern USA & Canada Tour and for this food challenge I’m at Pittsburgh Steak Company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I’ll be taking on their Great Southside Burger Challenge which involves a 3lb burger loaded with delicious cheese, peppers, mushrooms, bacon, and onions!! My friend Ramsey “The Mantis” Hilton had beaten it already so I wanted to join him on the Wall Of Fame!!

Pittsburgh Steak Co’s Great Southside Burger Challenge ($35):

The challenge consists of a 3 pound beef burger patty topped with extra delicious cheese, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and bacon. That is all served between an extra large freshly baked buttered and toasted bun. The burger comes with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and more onions served on the side along with a large order of their french fries. Challengers have 1 full hour to finish everything on the platter which weighs around 6 pounds. Winners receive the meal free along with a sweet t-shirt and $25 gift card. Many have tried but only few have actually won!!
