Au menu du jour de cette nouvelle vidéo : Défi SEMI-GASTRONOMIQUE !! Je Dévalise un Resto SEMI-GASTRO ! (#6 Summer Food Tour Strasbourg)
Au programme de ce SUMMER FOOD TOUR à STRASBOURG, où je suis resté une semaine, j’ai décidé de réaliser UNE VIDÉO par jour, en l’occurrence le soir, en testant à la fois des produits de la région, des restaurants originaux, ainsi que des recettes maisons !
Ce SUMMER FOOD TOUR a été un réel plaisir à tourner, je me suis régalé et j’ai fais de superbes rencontres, que ce soit des personnes de la région ou bien de gentils abonnés !
Ce ne sera surement pas le dernier FOOD TOUR, tellement que j’y ai pris goût, et cela me permet de découvrir des adresses, établissements et recettes maisons qu’il n’y a pas forcément à Paris ou région Parisienne !

À savoir : Un Resto Semi-Gastro, comprenant que des plats semi-gastros de grande qualité et fais Maisons !
Pour cela, j’ai été accompagné de mon pote Nico et de 2 abonnés Nancéiens, Charlotte et Fred.
C’est d’ailleurs Fred qui m’a suggérer de tester ce fameux Resto semi-gastro, histoire de changer un peu du fastfood ou de la cuisine traditionnelle ou rapide !
Pour cela, je me suis rendu au restaurant Bistro Héré à Nancy, pour tenter de manger un maximum de plats et spécialités de leur Resto Semi-Gastro !

Juste avant cette maxi dégustation semi-gastronomique, je me suis rendu au Bar Le 5′ à Nancy, pour un petit et excellent apéro gourmand, puis après mon repas et pour bien clôturer la soirée, je me suis rendu dans la boite de nuit Les Caves à Nancy pour m’ambiancer et m’éclater jusqu’à l’aube.
Situé aux abords de la place Stanislas, le Bistro Héré est très accueillant avec sa décoration ivoire.
Dégustez des plats simples, exquis et semi-gastronomiques, comme un cheesecake au saumon, un tataki de boeuf mariné ou un gratin de fraises.
Laissez-vous tenter par la finesse des saveurs.
Plus de 700 m² de surface utile, dont un coquet appartement à l’étage au milieu de la plus belle place d’Europe.
Un trottoir chic, véritable sas entre les trois pôles de la ville ancienne : Stan, Vaudémont et Saint-Epvre.
Cuisine au wok, légère et tendance, avec un fish and chips d’exception, une belle carte de burgers et de plats végétariens qui ont le vent en poupe, comme ce tataki de bœuf émincé à la japonaise, ou ce beau carré d’agneau, mijoté aux haricots lingots et tomates confites.
Des plats à tarifs raisonnables, y compris pour les vins, dans la moyenne du marché.
Et bien sûr, cuisine 100 % maison.
Tout est fait sur place, desserts compris.
Une dinguerie et un pur régal !!
Niveau calories, je risque de faire mal à mon estomac et aux plus grand nombre d’entre vous qui me suivent :p
Franchement, très très bon !
Pour un Resto semi-gastro, je ne pouvais pas mieux tomber.
Totalement différents et superbe concept !
