Amy’s off on her own for a Chicago vacation for 3 nights with friends from high school. We always travel on a budget so frugal is the theme of the trip.

In this video, she covers all the highlights during a long weekend in Chicago. She took in a Broadway show (Tootsie), cruised along the river for the Architectural Boat Tour (a WORTH-IT splurge), laughed for hours with the talented comedians at Second City, toured Michigan Avenue and Millenium and Grant Parks on a free walking tour, checked out THREE food halls and ATE heavenly, affordable food.

And, she stayed at the super-fabulous Gwen Hotel, using a great redemption with Marriott points. It was located in a perfect spot and she walked everywhere.

We can’t wait to go back again, together!
