🐖NASI BABI GULING: Stuff the pig with bumbu (lemongrass & chillies), garlic, turmeric, onion, ginger, tomato, galanga, shrimp paste, palm sugar and salt – after blending, fry it in coconut oil and sew the hole up to hold the seasoning in. Then rub it with the baste with turmeric. Plug the neck using coconut husk to stop the flavor from coming out and to keep the color from changing. Then rub the pig with coconut water and a touch of Coca Cola. Put it on the fire and rotate while roasting for 2.5 hours | Cut the cheek skin, Blood sausage and egg sausage (intestine filled with egg).
