During my time at home in Miami after my trip to South Korea, I headed out to the Wynwood Arts District to try the unique Asian and Latin-American fusion food at Crudos Fusion Art! There, I met up with my boy Brett Garamella, an awesome YouTube personality who can help you with all things video- and tech-related.
Crudos Fusion Art is actually owned by friends of Brett, a local Venezuelan family. They do lots of amazing food like ceviche rolls, burgers, and other types of Asian fusion. They also have an incredible menu, which Brett photographed himself!
Inside, we started with a roll with pop rocks inside and the Crudos Roll. We also had an amazing presentation of tuna tartare.
The pop rocks roll was intense! There were lots of pop rocks in them and I could definitely feel them! There was spicy mayo inside and quinoa on top. It was delicious and so unique! It went together really well. You have to eat them fast because the pop rocks will stop popping after a while!
Miami is known for its amazing Japanese restaurants that do crazy, elaborate rolls with lots of interesting ingredients.
Next up was the tuna tartare on chips. It was so fresh. I could eat it by itself. There was also some aioli and caviar on top. It was fantastic!
Then we went with the signature roll, the Crudos Roll. There were so many different flavors and textures, I didn’t know what to make of it at first. It was crunchy, spicy, and cold. There was eel sauce and either tuna or salmon. It was a meal in a roll!
Next was charred octopus. The presentation was gorgeous. It came with cucumbers, onions, and potatoes. It was like butter. It was a great grilled octopus that had a spicy kick to it.
The last dish was the cloud pork belly, which I had never seen before. It’s pork belly that’s then topped with a big cloud of cotton candy and ponzu sauce that melts the cotton candy into the plate! It looked insane!
There were many different sauces. I could taste orange juice. The range of flavors was crazy! It was fatty and so outstanding! The fat is my favorite part!
For dessert, we got a can of a mystery food! We had to open it ourselves. Inside was a mixture of brownie, Nutella, chocolate fudge, and more. I mixed it all up. It was so decadent! I’m not usually a sweets guy, but it was really good!
Then we took a look at the menu on the iPad – so cool!
What an incredible meal! I have to thank my boy Brett for bringing me to Crudos Fusion Art. If you like Japanese food or Latin-American food, you have to come here the next time you’re in Miami!
I hope you enjoyed coming along with me and my boy Brett on our Asian/Latin American fusion food adventure! If you did, please give it a thumbs up and leave me a comment below. Also, please subscribe to my channel so you don’t miss any of my upcoming travel/food adventures!

With my wallet (and my head) injuring from a night in the past, I headed to China(town) looking for an inexpensive lunch. What I found was rather possibly the very best meal I have actually ever had for under $5. Tucked below the Manhattan bridge, Xi’An Famous Foods is a small noodle counter dishing out HUGE taste. Unlike other restaurants in the location, Xi’A specializes in Western Chinese New York street food of asia, which indicates you will not discover a grain of rice here. The food of Xi’An is marked by a heavy Middle Eastern impact and lots of spice. My recommendation: the lamb cumin noodles. These made to purchase noodles are as fresh as they come and a should for anybody who loves spicy food. as is the iced black tea to clean away the heat.
While the costs at the Boxcar Lounge do not rather rival those of the bars above, it does have one great thing going for it: Particularly stalls street food Portland Oregon , $5 cocktails. If you want to impress without leaving an enduring impression on your credit card, this is the location to go.

The design is not the very best on the planet, however their food more than offsets that. Some more meals that you can get here are beef and garlic sauce, chicken chow pepper, salt and mien pork, and shrimp with walnuts. Their service is courteous, efficient, and extremely friendly. The atmosphere was extremely laid back. It was like having supper with friends.
The appearance and the handling are both essential selling points for Zoo York boards. This is what sets them apart from all the rest. There are lots of designs to select from, so spend some time to look. They likewise offer a complete series of accessories, in addition to hoodies and other clothing. They include corn syrup which has plenty of extremely bad fats and sugars and need to be avoided at all expenses. In 2015 I went on a mission to make what I consider to be an excellent bread.
