First up we checked into the extremely lush hotel, right in the heart of the city – The Principal Manchester, and if you are looking for a super comfortable stay – this is the spot, trust us.

Next up we walked around the Northern Quarter to find some cute cafe’s and bars before checking out The Bay Horse Tavern for a British pub meal.

The next day we finally accepted our Hogwarts letters and went to the John Ryland Library – any Harry Potter fans need to pop in here.

For lunch we found some street food, went to Fred Aldous for a cheeky photobooth visit before heading to Junkyard golf for a unique take on mini golf.

To end our time we decided to have a romantic dinner at School for Scandal before catching our train to the next destination…York 🙂
