QP EATS AUSTIN: Trying Indonesian Food For The First Time in Austin, TX | Eurasia Sushi Bar & Seafood Restaurant Food Vlog
Hello Everyone!
In this food vlog, I try authentic Indonesian food from a sushi restaurant in south Austin, TX. I’ve known this restaurant had Indonesian food but never tried it because we’ve only been here for the sushi and I can’t believe I have been missing out on this amazing cuisine!!
This was one of the best meals I have had in a long time and I was utterly shocked by the flavors in these dishes!
Eurasia Sushi is one of the only places in Austin, Texas where you can get Indonesian food. I highly recommend checking out the food here if you haven’t been yet. I would definitely say it is one of the best restaurants in Austin because of their Indonesian food.
I ordered:
• Nasi Bekar Pedas- Indonesian rice with beef stew and vegetables, wrapped in a banana leaf and grilled
• Ayam Sambal Ijo- Fried Half Cornish Hen (chicken) topped with spicy green chili sauce served with a bowl of mixed vegetable soup (sayur asem), cucumber, and steamed rice.
• Bakso Sapi Special (“Obama’s Favorite Dish”)- Indonesian style pho served with meatballs, tofu, bean sprouts, celery, rice noodles, egg noodles, scallions, shallots, and roasted garlic.
