The modern 2-bedroom 20th century ground-level house is located on Rue Bayard & Avenue des Etats du Languedoc. A private terrace, balcony, and garden are included — serving to inspire and relax residents! For your privacy, an intercom security system is available.
This South of France accommodation includes two living rooms and two bedrooms. Living room 2 is furnished as an office. Bedroom 2 is atop a mezzanine over the kitchen.

Modern amenities include contemporary chandeliers, angular sofas, cable television with home theater equipment, and a personal laundry washer/dryer. A garage and extra parking space is available. Bedroom 1 includes a double bed.
Large, almost floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room face the garden, allowing midday sunlight to saturate the open space! Attached to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with long granite countertops and stools for enjoying casual meals and preparing elaborate foods. Dishware and all essential cooking appliances are supplied, including a dishwasher for added convenience.
Bedroom 2, located atop the mezzanine, provides two twin beds, which can be combined to produce one large bed. It is enclosed by a glass barrier, which does not fully extend to the ceiling, and may provide limited privacy. Curtains are provided for some privacy.
Direct access to the terrace is available via bedroom 1. The garden is accessible through glass doors in the living room.
