    Eats PEI reserves the right to change or amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Canada. Without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.   9. Registration and Account Security

    EatsPEI users must follow the following guidelines

    1. You must be at least 13 years old.
    2. You will not share your password with others.
    3. If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
    4. You will not use EatsPEI to violate the rights of other people.
    5. We may remove content if we think it violates our terms.

  12. Your Account With Eats PEI
    By registering for an account with Eats PEI you consent to us sending you email regarding the direct management of your Eats PEI account. This may include, but is not limited too: password reset links, new account activation emails, changes to Eats PEI that will directly affect your account.
