Dans le cadre du Refugee Food Festival, des restaurants strasbourgeois ont confié leurs cuisines à des chefs réfugiés pour vous faire découvrir le meilleur de la cuisine afghane, syrienne, et tibétaine.
Un évènement Food Sweet Food, co-organisé avec le Haut Commissariat des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés.
Du lundi 19 au vendredi 23 décembre 2016, les cartes de 5 restaurants strasbourgeois se sont enrichies de plats créés en duos à quatre mains entre les chefs des restaurants hôtes et des cuisiniers réfugiés pour proposer aux Strasbourgeois de découvrir ces plats mis à l’honneur.
Le Mandala, Le Monteleone, La Ruche aux Deux Reines, La Graffateria (de l’Hotel Graffalgar), PUR Etc. confient leurs cuisines à Dorjee (tibétain) Hussam (syrien), Iman & Mohamad (syriens), Ahmadzai (afhgan).
Et pour une mise en bouche, les 5 et 6 décembre, deux cuisiniers réfugiés afghan et tibétain ont tenu un chalet sur le Village du partage, de 11h à 20h (chalet 13 – Place Kléber)
