It’s day #5 of our 8-state 2018-2019 Southeast USA Winter Tour and for this food challenge I’m at the Acadian location of TJ Ribs in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. There is a 2nd location in Baton Rouge on Siegen Lane. I will take on their Legend BBQ Platter Challenge and try to finish a whole 8.5lb spread of legendary Louisiana BBQ meats and sides within the one sitting time limit!! There were two different types of ribs along with beef brisket, chicken, collard greens, and more. Thanks to the TJ Ribs ownership and staff for the wonderful hospitality, and to everyone who came to watch and meet us!! We appreciate everyone around the great state of Louisiana watching our videos & supporting our efforts!!
