Au menu du jour de cette nouvelle vidéo : JE DÉVALISE le MEILLEUR RESTO CHINOIS de BELGIQUE !!
Au programme de ce FOOD TOUR dans le NORD, où je suis resté 2 Semaines, j’ai décidé de réaliser UNE VIDÉO par jour, en l’occurrence le soir, en testant à la fois des produits de la région, des restaurants originaux, ainsi que des recettes maisons !
Ce FOOD TOUR a été un réel plaisir à tourner, je me suis régalé et j’ai fais de superbes rencontres, que ce soit des personnes de la région ou bien de gentils abonnés !
Ce ne sera surement pas le dernier FOOD TOUR, tellement que j’y ai pris goût, et cela me permet de découvrir des adresses, établissements et recettes maisons qu’il n’y a pas forcément à Paris ou région Parisienne !

Je me suis rendu au restaurant MING DYNASTY situé à Tournai pour découvrir leurs spécialités de cuisine chinoise.
C’est un Restaurant de QUALITÉ basé sur les incontournables classiques de la gastronomie chinoise.
Une large carte de plats variées vous ai proposé, de l’entrée au dessert.
Ce restaurant a une excellente réputation et est considéré comme le meilleur de la région de Tournai, mais aussi de Belgique.
Les ingrédients sont 100% frais, les plats sont faits maisons et le service et la déco sont incroyables !
Je me devais de tester ce resto !
Concernant mon appétit vorace, la patronne de l’établissement m’a donné CARTE BLANCHE et m’a donc proposé de déguster tout ce que je voulais à la carte ! :p
J’ai donc opté pour 7 Entrées et 7 Plats !
Soit 14 PLATS au total ! ^^
Au Menu donc :
– Raviolis de langoustine, beurre wasabi à la truffe.
– Saumon fumé pimenté et algues vertes.
– Terrine de la marée Yazu et caviar de citron.
– Carpaccio de bœufs braisé style Sichuan.
– Caille grillée, sauce sésame et miel.
– Tempuras de crevettes.
– Yakitoris de poulet.
– Gambas Ti-pan à l’ail et aux cinq épices sur fer chaud.
– Coquilles Saint-Jacques cuites à la vapeur.
– Sole à la vapeur et coriandre au vin de riz.
– Canard laqué Ti pan avec sauce du chef sur fer chaud.
– Blanc de poulet aux curry rouge et coco.
– Émincés de bœuf sautés aux légumes pimentés et basilic.
– Trio de viandes sautées pimentées (poulet, bœuf et agneau).
Tout simplement un pur régal et une tuerie !
Et très orignal et très sympa de pouvoir déguster ce FESTIN Gourmet et de grande Qualité dans ce cadre Zen et Dépaysant.
