Firstly a Pav (burger bun) is split open and then spread with:
* Sweet and Sour Chutney Amli (Date, Jaggery and Tararind) sauce.

It can be made on the Tawa with either Oil or Butter.
The filled bun is heated on the hot griddled and once heated up it’s then served up.
