We checked out the French Quarter Festival in New Orleans, and it was awesome! Every year, since 1984, it seems to get bigger and bigger. Although it is spread all over the French Quarter area (and a little outside) with about 23 stages or so for local bands and musicians, we stuck to the area by the river and enjoyed the music, the food, and the drinks.
