Au programme de ce SUMMER FOOD TOUR à STRASBOURG, où je suis resté une semaine, j’ai décidé de réaliser UNE VIDÉO par jour, en l’occurrence le soir, en testant à la fois des produits de la région, des restaurants originaux, ainsi que des recettes maisons !

Ce SUMMER FOOD TOUR a été un réel plaisir à tourner, je me suis régalé et j’ai fais de superbes rencontres, que ce soit des personnes de la région ou bien de gentils abonnés !

Ce ne sera surement pas le dernier FOOD TOUR, tellement que j’y ai pris goût, et cela me permet de découvrir des adresses, établissements et recettes maisons qu’il n’y a pas forcément à Paris ou région Parisienne !

Pour cela, j’ai été accompagné de mon pote Nico (qui a opté pour un petit Burger), ainsi qu’un athlète et compétiteur en musculation (Men’s Physique), j’ai nommé PAGESSE, qui lui aussi a tenté tout comme moi ce BIG DÉFI !!

Pour cela, je me suis rendu au restaurant L’Oncle Sam à Haguenau, pour tenter de terminer leur Burger XXL de 5 Kg, et ce, en moins d’une heure !

Un BIG BIG Burger, à terminer en moins d’1 heure !!

OUI OUI ! C’est bel et bien l’un des PLUS GROS BURGERS DE FRANCE, c’est sûr et certain !
Car très honnêtement, je pense Qu’il doit exister des Burgers aux USA qui peuvent bien rivaliser avec celui que je tente dans cette vidéo …

Principe du défi : Terminer cet énorme Burger de + de 5 kg en 1 heure, et le Burger est OFFERT !!
Autrement, je dois m’acquitter du prix du Burger, à savoir : 25€ !! XD

J’admets que cette « contrainte de temps » n’est vraiment pas simple à gérer !
Car engloutir + de 5 kg de nourriture en moins d’1 heure, la tâche ne s’avère pas facile facile ! =P

Composition du BURGER XXL :
– 1.2 kg de Steak Haché de Bœuf 15% : 2640 Calories.
– 800 gr de Cheddar : 3136 Calories.
– 1.2 kg de Pain Brioché à Burger Maison : 4272 Calories.
– 200 gr de Sauce Burger : 1093 Calories.
– 200 gr sauce mayonnaise : 613 Calories.
– 100 gr sauce moutarde à l’ancienne : 360 Calories.
– 400 gr d’Oignons Rouges crus : 160 Calories.
– 600 gr de Tomates : 114 Calories.
– 300 gr de Salade Verte Iceberg : 45 Calories.
– 30 gr d’Huile de Colza pour cuisson : 270 Calories.

Au total : Un Burger XXL de 5 Kg faisant 12 700 Calories !!

Une dinguerie et un pur régal !!

Niveau calories, je risque de faire mal à mon estomac et aux plus grand nombre d’entre vous qui me suivent :p

Franchement, très très bon !

Pour une recette maison, je ne pouvais pas tomber mieux !
