Soi 38 opened 3 weeks ago and I can say without a doubt that it is definitely the BEST Thai Street Food in Edinburgh.
The food is so authentic and delicious here. I would 100% eat here everyday if I could. It’s definitely up there on the top Edinburgh cheap eats list!
