Au programme de ce FOOD TOUR dans le NORD, où je suis resté 2 Semaines, j’ai décidé de réaliser UNE VIDÉO par jour, en l’occurrence le soir, en testant à la fois des produits de la région, des restaurants originaux, ainsi que des recettes maisons !
Ce FOOD TOUR a été un réel plaisir à tourner, je me suis régalé et j’ai fais de superbes rencontres, que ce soit des personnes de la région ou bien de gentils abonnés !
Ce ne sera surement pas le dernier FOOD TOUR, tellement que j’y ai pris goût, et cela me permet de découvrir des adresses, établissements et recettes maisons qu’il n’y a pas forcément à Paris ou région Parisienne !

Je me suis rendu au restaurant MY BURGERS situé à Lille pour découvrir leur concept de Burgers 100% HOMEMADE, avec beaucoup de goût et le savoir-faire Français.
C’est un Restaurant de QUALITÉ basé sur l’indétrônable BURGER, décliné en plusieurs recettes.
Les ingrédients sont 100% frais, les sauces sont faites maisons, les fromages sont affinés, le pain est réalisé par un boulanger et est livré chaque matin, et leur viande est Halal et d’origine française (Charolaise).
Bref, que des produits frais et 100% maisons.
My Burgers a souhaité garder la base du burger classique, puis la décliner !! Ainsi, tous les burgers sont leurs propres créations.
GRANDE ORIGINALITÉ : Hormis les Burgers classiques avec des Steaks de BŒUF, il propose également des Burgers VÉGÉTARIENS et des Burgers VEGAN !
Je me devais de tester ce resto et leurs Burgers de Fou !
Mais concernant mon appétit vorace, David le responsable de l’établissement, m’a suggéré une MAXI DÉGUSTATION de plusieurs de leurs Burgers, en comparant bien sûr les Burgers de Bœuf, les Végétariens et les Vegan, le tout en donnant mon avis pour chacun d’eux !

Mention spéciale pour l’originalité des Burgers VEGANS, avec leur steak de soja, le faux-mage, le bacon vegan et leur sauce spéciale vegan.
