The crisp batter is so delicious! Then there is iced ginger bread cake and of course the full Scottish breakfast including black pudding (which contains pig’s blood!). All this stuff is really unhealthy and either deep fat fried or containing loads of sugar. But it tastes so so good! You should never visit Scotland without tasting all of this food! When I went to Scotland a few weeks ago I gorged myself on all of the above and despite feeling a bit sick after eating all that food I don’t regret it! I experienced way too much pleasure eating all that grease to ever regret it! LOL
