✓ Because tomorrow is Pancake Day (a.k.a. Shrove Tuesday) we thought that it would be more than appropriate to upload a pancake video. (This year Pancake Day is on Tuesday 5th March 2019).
You may just be thinking that the crepes that these guys are serving up look just like south Indian Masala Dosas i.e. the batter and techniques used are very similar. There is no secret to the recipe and preparation because these guys everything in full view whilst customers wait.
Their Savoury Galette menu has such options:

Which use the following fillings combinations: Free Range Egg, Cheddar Cheese, Fresh Spinach, Chopped Mushrooms, Ham, Emmental Cheese and Ratatouille (a French Provençal stewed vegetable dish), Garlic Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Tabasco Sauce and Mustard.
The Sweet Crepes are offered with the following filling combinations:
* Nutella Chocolate Spread
* Banana
* Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice with Sugar
* Cinnamon
* Strawberry Jam
* Coconut
* Mixed Nuts
The buckwheat flour batter is a fully vegetarian eggless batter which has more of a nutty flavour than traditional pancakes and typically
consists of: Buckwheat Flour, Salt, Water, Oil
A Pancake Batter Mix is typically made with the following ingredients: Wheat Flour, Eggs, Milk.
French Crepe Suzette or Galette. is a popular snack in France and Brittany; it’s made from a batter of wheat flour that is fried on a hot griddle in a very similar way to an Indian Masala / Rava Dosa or even a Chinese Jian Bing – these guys make it look very easy, but it takes many years of practice to make perfect pancakes like you see here.
