Excellent James (originally from Manchester) was trading in the summer; in the West Yard of Camden Lock Market in the “Global Kitchen Street Food” area (adjacent to the Regents Canal), serving up handmade gourmet Scotch Eggs.
There was no secret to the recipe & preparation because he made everything in full view of customers – whilst they waited.
He let us into some of his recipe secrets saying that he uses good quality meat, spring onion, egg (par boiled & peeled), flour, breadcrumbs,

The Original: with egg, sausage, sage & spring onion.
The Chorizo: with egg, sausage & chorizo.
The Bomb: with egg, sausage & chilli.
The Veggie: with egg, falafel, sesame.
All served with a salad & the option of Sweet Potato Fries.
